Specialising in conveyancing, our staff are fully trained in the conveyancing onboarding process, from initial instruction, client care and initial correspondence through to ID check and collection of initial funding on account.
Our staff are trained in the use of various case management systems, including Hoowla and LEAP.
Conveyancing
Our UK, LLB qualified paralegals and legal assistants are fully trained in the conveyancing process as it applies in England an Wales. Our staff can provide services from onboarding, enquiries, preparing reports to clients, through to exchange, completion and post completion processing.
Post Completion Registrations
Our post-completion department offers a comprehensive service to handle all aspects of post-completion work, allowing you to focus on client care while reducing potential errors. This includes managing various Land Registry registrations, addressing requisitions, obtaining final title deeds, and ensuring compliance through serving notices and acquiring necessary certificates. We also provide timely updates to both clients and lenders, conduct priority searches, submit SDLT payments, and handle mortgage discharges, along with any necessary Companies House registrations.
